The 100-year-old heritage listed Finger Wharf building has been carefully renovated and reimagined by award-winning architecture firm Hassell Studio and designer Matt Sheargold. The building kept its rich history while incorporating life to the Woolloomooloo Wharf precinct, making Ovolo a destination for Sydneysiders and tourists alike.
Featuring 100 guest rooms and suites, this hotel highlights the brand’s home-away-from-home ethos with all rooms designed with effortless living in mind. They feature picturesque Sydney Harbour views, 24-hour room service, gym and pool access, and a perfect mix of heritage-listed tradition and contemporary luxury.
The hotel features 8 different room types, with two rooms designed for a rock star. The INXS and AC/DC rooms, a nod to both former iconic Australian bands, have been loaded with a round cocktail bar, unique ‘reading nook play’ area, with hammock and mirrored walls and ceiling, oversized couches, 65” smart TV and extra mini bar items. All rooms boast Sydney City skyline views with edgy Rock ‘n’ Roll styling.
