Recently we had the pleasure of checking out the Feehan Row display gallery in Moonee Ponds. This Moonee Valley Park project will see a brand new premium neighbourhood established in Melbourne’s North making use of the expansive grounds that currently exist at the Moonee Valley Racing Club. Their vision is to create a neighbourhood within a park with 50% of the project site dedicated to new botanical green spaces. How good is that?! To complement the homes and terraces, there will also be a mix of retailers, cafes and spaces for community events and fitness. The first residential release on this brand new neighbourhood is Feehan Row and is the only opportunity to purchase a Parkside terrace home!
The architect behind the Feehan Row design is Rothelowman. The overall design vision was to connect the environment and green space with the architecture to encourage wellbeing and quality of life. Rothelowman celebrates this vision with generous ground floor living and open plan layout that opens onto the outdoors. Floor to ceiling doors and windows create an expansive and light filled living area that naturally flows from the kitchen and dining areas. Further inspiration came from the established terrace homes that surround this new development, setting a premium tone for the new neighbours.
Feehan Row’s plush interiors were designed by Mim Design and they create a seriously premium lifestyle. With a simple and elegant colour palette, the materials and textures are what truly shine. The kitchen is a show stopper with natural stone, signature teal joinery, European appliances and premium metallic tap wear and handles. But the best thing about new developments is that you’re essentially home shopping, so if you don’t like the brass detail you can opt for a black finish instead.
The whole floor master suite is incredibly generous with walk through robes and the option to include an island unit – which I must admit felt very grand and was a great way to add more functional storage (that also happens to look amazing). The bathrooms were calm and serene and get a big tick thanks to its epic bathtub and generous proportions.
Watch the video to see us give the Feehan Row display gallery a test drive but if you want to do your own home tour then you can! Located at the Moonee Valley Racing Club you can see it all for yourself, plus the site even has its own dedicated cafe ‘Little Hen’ which operates on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm. So not only do you get to feast your eyes on some interior design deliciousness, but you get to satisfy your food cravings as well. For more information head to: mooneevalleypark.com.au
