Recently, I’ve started new residency DJing at Heartbreaker Bar in the City. The place is a straight up Rock’n’Roll Dive Bar. It’s Rad. A real Beer with a shot kinda place but you can also get a fancy cocktail and take a date there. Great staff, Great atmosphere (musics not bad, either). The tunes of choice is a mix of Rock’n’Roll, Soul & random classics from the 50s right through to the 80s & 90s so I’m always trying to fun find stuff to play that’s a little left of centre, like Jacques here. The track itself could easily have come from any one of the Big British invasion groups of the 60s but with it’s the suave Frontman and sexy French lyrics that lend it it’s certain… Je ne sais quoi?
