God I love it when restaurants not only create great food but also create great design. Fonda Mexican falls into that ‘designer food category’ is easily my favourite place to go for a good old Mexican fiesta!!! Aside from the quesadillas and the guacamole… what I really love is the atmosphere. The interiors (built by Project Group) are not only inviting but conversation-worthy. Plus all other aspects of the business have not been forgotten either. From menu design, feature walls, furniture, stationery and even the plates… all of them embody a fresh and fun vibe that gives Mexican a modern Melbourne metro twist. Just remember to stop staring at the walls and eat your burrito.
