Our Hunting for George team; Martina Gemmola, Jonno Rodd and Lucy Glade-Wright have spent the last month documenting all of the artists. On September 1 they will launch the Hunting Collective and will share their travels and stories on all of the artists. Whilst also kicking off an online auction for all the finished artist clocks.
Each clock will be available to buy via online auction at Hunting for George. All clocks will have a starting price of $250 and will accept bids of $10 or more. The auction will run for 8 days with bids closing Friday 9 September. Every artist will receive 50% of their clock’s winning auction bid, with the remaining 50% to go towards payment of clocks and promotion.
Hunting for George also supports Waverley Industries who manufactures all of the Hunting for George timber clocks. Waverley Industries, a not-for-profit organisation which provides employment opportunities for local people with disabilities.
